No Children Allowed Policy:
- Tranquility: Spas aim to provide a calm and relaxing atmosphere, which can be disrupted by the presence of children.
- Safety: Salons and spas contain potentially dangerous items such as scissors, chemicals, and hot tools, posing risks to unsupervised children.
- Client Experience: Many clients seek a peaceful retreat, and the presence of children can detract from their experience.
Service Policy:
- Most of our services are available for both men and women; however, teens must be accompanied by an adult.
- At this time, we do not offer intimate waxing services for men due to the specialized training required and to maintain a professional environment. All other wax menu items are available including brows, nose, ears, chest, back, arms, legs, underarms, stomach, nipples
Return and Refund policy:
- All skincare product sales are final
- Opened skincare products may be exchanged ONLY on a case by case basis in the event of sensitivity or reactions. We do not issue payment refunds on opened products. Exchanges must be no more than 3 weeks from purchase date. Payment receipt required.
Cancellation policy:
- We need a minimum of 48 hours notice of cancellation or any changes to your appointment. Same-day cancellations or those with less than 48 hour notice will be subject to fees.
Zero tolerance policy for inappropriate & abusive behavior:
- Zero tolerance policy applies to any form of sexual activity or harassment. This includes prohibiting sexual advances, comments, or any inappropriate behavior during sessions, with immediate termination of the session if such conduct occurs. In the event that a session is ended due to this behavior, full payment will be due at checkout.
Prohibited Conduct
- Sexual Advances: Any form of sexual propositioning or requests for sexual favors is strictly forbidden.
- Inappropriate Comments: This includes any verbal or non-verbal behavior of a sexual nature that could create a hostile environment.
- Physical Contact: Unwanted touching or any physical interaction that is sexual in nature is not allowed.
Immediate Actions
- Session Termination: If a client makes any sexual advances or engages in inappropriate behavior, the session will be terminated immediately.
- Reporting: Such incidents are reported to the appropriate authorities, ensuring accountability and safety.
